Arupayan Dutta, a first-generation promoter, graduated with B. Com (H) from Ashutosh College, University of Calcutta in 1992. He has also completed his ICWAI from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India in1994. He started his career as a financial consultant with Life Insurance Corporation of India before joining Reliance Money, Mumbai as an Investment Advisor, where he excelled and expanded his network internationally at Hongkong. Thereafter, he joined HSBC Securities till 2014 and then he started venturing into his own successful financial advisory and event management business. With 25 years of total experience in investment advisory and financial management, he now seeks to apply his management capabilities to the FMCG industry. He also is exploring opportunities in liquor trading and putting up the Own canning units to contribute value to society and guide future generations.

With a master's degree in Bengali, she has over 25 years of experience working as a reporter for Bartaman Patrika, a prominent Bengali news daily. Presently, she operates as an independent journalist, freelancing for various news outlets, and also serves as a consultant for several banks.
